This candidate needs to have experience in leading agile transformation, not just being a part of an Agile team. The candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and an ability to negotiate organizational change across executive leadership, business SMEs, and various technology SMEs. They need to have experience with tools and technology that support Agile principles, such as Jira or Azure Virtual Studio / DevOps, but there is not a specific tool that sets one candidate apart from another. I don't have a preference on industry background for the candidate, however if they have prior experience with government agencies that could be a benefit to them onboarding quickly. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of two days in the office each week.
