The Ideal Candidate Will

  • understand basic fundamentals of software development process
  • work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements
  • define and prioritize features and user stories
  • identity areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
  • conduct testing and provide feedback to development teams
  • manage and communicate issues in coordination with Agile Delivery Lead, manage agile ceremonies

The job will require working with existing teams including projects utilizing a mix of vendor solutions and custom development. Preference will be given to candidates with an application development or business analyst background.
