Job Description
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.
Act as a central point of contact for executives, team members, clients, and external partners.
Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, memos, and handling communications.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistics.
Develop and implement systems to streamline agency operations.
Provide confidential support to the executive.
Assist with content creation for social media and manage CRM systems as needed.
Coordinate travel and event logistics, including sales engagements.
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Support sales efforts and follow up on appointments.
Perform personal tasks for the executive as assigned.
Qualifications
Additional duties as required.
Minimum 2 Years Of Administrative Support Experience.
Ability to travel as needed.
Flexibility, dependability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
Proactive and able to take initiative.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
