Affordable Housing Regional Vice President

**Responsibilities**

• Direct a team of Regional Managers to achieve financial goals, ensure compliance, conduct property visits, and support on-site teams.
• Hire, train, and develop the team to optimize performance.
• Cultivate relationships with owners and management teams.
• Facilitate regional communications to keep the team informed.
• Conduct property visits to uphold company standards and address any outstanding issues.
• Coach on budgeting, expense management, capital improvements, and maintenance.
• Provide support for resident and employee conflict resolution.
• Offer guidance on resolving escalated resident concerns.
• Ensure staff awareness of corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
• Hold regular meetings with Regional Managers.
• Analyze property performance in-depth and provide actionable insights.
  
  

**Qualifications**

• 10+ years leading affordable housing operations, including Regional Manager experience.
• Background in managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD properties, and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in managing multiple landlords, asset and personnel, budgeting, and financials.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and building.
• Proven track record in maximizing income in alignment with company goals and property budgets.
• Proficient in MS 365 and Yardi.
  
  

**Location**

Remote home-based office in Georgia, Tennessee, or Mississippi, US.

**Compensation**

$120,000-$140,000 negotiable, depending on experience. Additional benefits include bonus, healthcare, and 401k match.
