Hiring Immediately for a Affiliate Marketing Lead - At Erie Home, we enhance homeowners' quality of life through top-tier home improvement solutions. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and analyze performance-focused affiliate campaigns to engage sales prospects and drive customer acquisition.
Day in the Life of an Affiliate Marketing Lead:
Oversee paid acquisition via affiliate strategies and daily optimizations to drive revenue and ROI.
Evaluate affiliate channel performance, report, and communicate results.
Hold agency partners accountable to forecasted targets by strategic questioning and performance assessment.
Act as the main contact for affiliate partners, addressing inquiries and collaboration opportunities.
Ensure affiliate compliance and brand alignment with guidelines and ethical standards.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze metrics to improve campaign performance.
Optimize paid marketing initiatives and propose and coordinate testing.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Performance Marketing team, as well as teams in Analytics, Creative, and Lifecycle Marketing to communicate performance outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3+ years’ experience in lead and revenue-generating affiliate tactics, preferably in Home Improvement.
Experience with site analytics and attribution platforms, preferably Google Analytics and Power BI.
Results-driven, familiar with A/B testing, and preferred familiarity with brand lift and incrementality measurement tools.
Ability to work with partners to interpret data and make data-driven optimizations.
