After dedicating her career to helping women navigate early motherhood, founder Wendy Colson - a registered nurse (RN) & International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) - created a solution-based brand designed to empower moms in every stage of #momlife. After a winning pitch on Shark Tank, BOOBIE* products are now sold in Target, Walmart, CVS, Thrive Market, and boutique retailers.


About the Role:

We’re looking for a resourceful and motivated Affiliate Coordinator to own and grow our Affiliate, Ambassador, and paid Influencer channels. This person will be responsible for crafting and concepting programs for these channels, meeting revenue goals, and managing the network members with fantastic people skills. The role requires a deep understanding and thoughtful application of sales strategies, pipeline management, and D2C marketing. 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and run ongoing affiliate programs that contribute to the overall revenue goal for the influencer channel and company 
  • Manage Shopify Collabs, TikTok Shop, and GoAffPro affiliate programs
  • Strategic outreach to gain quality affiliates for our ambassador program and brand campaigns that maximize ROI
  • Facilitate the execution and daily communication with our affiliates to enhance performance and build relationships
  • Fully manage seeding to affiliates with our warehouse
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reporting on all metrics, including revenue/spend
  • Continual quarterly planning with the Founder and Marketing team to keep adding value and growth for the channel and your programs
  • Partner with our content team to drive end-to-end development of impactful affiliate content, from strategic ideation to asset creation
  • Develop & refine brand and product messaging with senior leadership, ensuring key messaging is consistent across all touchpoints
  • Actively stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging technologies to ensure BOOBIE* remains at the forefront of the market


Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience across affiliate management for a D2C brand 
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business goals/financial targets
  • Passionate salesperson who is not afraid to test big ideas
  • Strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute in tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in analyzing data to identify insights, measure campaign effectiveness
  • Experience in mother, baby, or women’s wellness a plus
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships
  • Strong Google Sheets and Asana skills
  • Bonus: experience with Target, Walmart, CVS, and Thrive Market
  • Extra Bonus: ability to commute and work from our San Marcos, CA office on occasion


This is a ~30 hour / week contracted (1099) position to start, with the intent to bring the position full-time, in-house (W2) in the near future. 


Salary: Hourly rate + bonus based on revenue KPIs.
