The Role: Patient Experience Advisor

We're seeking a passionate Patient Experience Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of improving healthcare delivery by partnering with our clients to enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client improvement relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and priorities
  • Work cross-functionally to identify solutions for client challenges
  • Ensure timely implementation of support processes aligned with client strategies
  • Leverage analytics, best practices, and industry insights to support client decision-making
  • Provide on-demand improvement support and proactive analytic insights
  • Collaborate with various departments to create and innovate resources for key stakeholders
  • Coordinate regular client performance overview presentations
  • Support and lead industry programs, online communities, webinars, and events
  • Identify growth opportunities and deliver best practice recommendations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in patient experience improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of improvement methodologies, best practices, and data analytics
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client support (both virtually and on-site)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing client needs
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on follow-up and problem resolution
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

We're looking for someone who can work flexibly between 8 AM and 5 PM ET, with the possibility of adjusting hours based on business needs.

  • Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $81,000, commensurate with experience
