Job Description Summary

The Advisor, Associate & Leader Experience temporarily reports to the VP, HR Centers of Excellence. This position is responsible for the development and execution of the enterprise strategy to drive and promote the Voice of Associates and Leaders. Additionally, this role assists in positioning OhioHealth as an employer of choice. This includes leading and collaborating on key initiatives like the Associate Engagement Survey (Gallup), the Inspire Online Recognition Platform, the bi-annual Service Anniversary Celebration (Shopping Trip), annual OhioHealth Zoo Lights program, and other associate celebrations etc.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design and communicate clear processes, and a detail-oriented yet flexible approach.
  • Ability to develop concise, data-based presentations fit for varying levels of audiences.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Leads the development and execution of the Annual Engagement Survey (Gallup) and Annual Pulse Survey. Collaborates with other business stakeholders to incorporate other relevant survey content.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and leaders to monitor survey progress and cascade survey results.
  • Prepares and delivers survey results presentations to key stakeholders
  • Builds and facilitates content to train leaders on the importance of the engagement content and action planning
  • Leads the continuous listening & dialogue strategy, by driving awareness and adoption of using associate data in decision making.
  • Monitors OhioHealth Facebook page and Glassdoor to engage in employee conversations, feedback and trends
  • Leads execution of top workplace award programs and external surveys
  • Serves as consultant to stakeholders and business leaders on associate experience & recognition initiatives.
  • Partners closely with MarComm team on communication rollouts
  • Manages vendors to design progressive, complex, integrated continuous listening strategies, resources and tools in support of the culture strategy.
  • Participates in local, regional and national events to learn leading edge practices related to engagement, branding, onboarding and assimilation and integrates recommendations accordingly
