Position Summary – Non-Physician Provider – Convenient Care at North Campus Healthcare
Sparta Community Hospital is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate and dedicated about exceptional patient care in a walk-in setting.

The Convenient Care providers at Sparta Community Hospital provide high-quality, efficient, and compassionate medical care to patients in our community. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions, performing minor procedures, and collaborating with the other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to all patients.
