We are First Light Wilderness Therapy and we are on a mission to drive teen and young adult

anxiety, depression, and suicide from all time highs of today to all-time lows by 2028.

We specialize in treating struggles associated with adoption, trauma, anxiety, and addiction.

We do this in the in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where nature provides peace and healing.

As the first line of contact you will lead and support to ensure:

• Ongoing referral pool of eligible students
• Developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the treatment community, parent alumni and consultants
• Schedule and facilitate student enrollment

To be successful you will: 

• Schedule and facilitate tours
• Determine student eligibility for services
• Ensure the completion of enrollment assessments
• Onsite and electronic student file maintenance 

Requirements: 

• Must be 21 years or older 
• Bachelors degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience working with youth or comparable experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with families
• Experience with admissions and marketing preferable.
• Must possess and maintain current First Aid and CPR certification within the first 90 days of employment
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds for extended durations
• Must be able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
• Must possess a valid Drivers License and good driving record
• Must pass a post-employment offer physical
