Opportunity

We are seeking engaging, personable individuals to join us as Admissions Advisors. As the initial point of contact for prospective students, we need team members who can build quick and meaningful connections. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about higher education and eager to assist students in taking their first steps towards academic advancement.

Responsibilities

Initiate contact with prospective students via phone or video conferencing

Conduct interviews to understand students' motivations, career aspirations, and any barriers to education

Tailor information about our institution and educational benefits to match each student's needs

Guide students through the admissions process, addressing inquiries and assisting with necessary documentation

Proactively identify and reach out to potential students through networking efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Fully Remote: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling

Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods

Dedicated workspace free from distractions

Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
