Job Title: Admissions Advisor


Job Type: Part-Time (20-24 hours per week, 4-5 days per week)


Location: Remote, California


Compensation: $24-25/hour + Quarterly Performance-Based Bonuses

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admissions Advisor to join our team and help enroll students into our transformative programs.


Job Description: As an Admissions Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving the enrollment of students into our ICF accredited coach training programs. You will be responsible for identifying potential students, engaging with them to understand their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective students, helping them to see the value and benefits of our training programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential students, and respond to prospective student inquiries, through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our coach training programs and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, providing them with personalized guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure high conversion rates from initial contact to enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for attracting new students.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and student needs to help refine our offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.




Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in education or training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential students.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
  • Familiarity with ICF accredited coach training programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team in a remote environment.
