Job Description:
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB:To perform specialized administrative and supportive functions in a timely manner to assure efficient operation of the department.
Essential Functions Of Job:
Types letters, reports, memos, and other documents required by the department staff.
Operates and maintains computer, printer, copier, scanner, and other office equipment.
Updates computer databases as needed.
Troubleshoots minor computer problems and solves them when required.
Utilizes case management system and inputs data as needed.
Creates various department forms and reports.
Does case filing, copying, and collating for staff.
Greets and assists the public that come int the agency.
Answers telephone and takes messages or transfers calls to the proper individuals.
Sorts and distributes departmental mail.
Maintain accessibility and updated passwords to all required programs.
Sends various requests, reminders, letters, and other correspondence to families as required.
Attend meeting and trainings as assigned.
Minimum Edication And Training:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft software, and Microsoft Excel
Good typing skills.
