District 287 is looking to add a skilled and creative team member to work alongside the Director of Equity and Inclusion, Director of Communications and Public Relations and other district leaders to drive racial equity programs and implement communications plans. Join a team committed to providing innovative specialized services to students with unique learning needs.

The Racial Equity/Communications Admin V will support communicating to internal and external audiences and tracking the District 287’s programmatic race equity work. The candidate should have knowledge of various social media platforms and a knowledge of issues related to cultural integration and intercultural competency. Additionally, this position is accountable for performing a wide variety of administrative support functions requiring an understanding of organizational policies and procedures.

Position Details

  • Location: District Service Center, Plymouth, MN
  • 12 months/year; Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
  • May require occasional evening and/or weekend hours

Pay Rate & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $23.95 - $25.00

Requirements

  • Six (6) years administrative support in an office environment
  • Technical skills and experience working in business services, administrative, or school setting site or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Substitution Allowed: College or Vocational Education, in business office skills may be substituted for the General Experience
