The Administrative Manager is a member of the leadership team and is primarily responsible for the financial health and analysis of the Practice. The administrative manager is also responsible for leading the billing department and the administrative team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the continued development and implementation of financial and billing policies
Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Billing Department
Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Administrative Team
Management of financial systems (Quickbooks) and the monthly and annual reporting of financial statements provided by our CPA
EHR(electronic health record) data analysis
Insurance reporting
Assist with month end close reviews
Annual fee schedule analysis
Weekly Accounts payable
General office supply ordering
Monthly patient refunds calculated from insurance reimbursement
Lead and participate in weekly meetings.
Track OD Continuing education and licensing
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with Quickbooks
2+ years of recent management experience
