For Columbus (FC) seeks a dynamic individual with the unique ability to organize and administer the organization toward greater unity in the city. By embodying FC's vision and mission, this person will be a humble servant of Columbus’ leaders who can facilitate multiple organizational and operational needs to optimize the efficiency of the staff and organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Build, organize, and oversee the master database/CRM.
Maintain files, documents, staff communications, and staff calendar.
Basic bookkeeping tasks include:
Financial reports
Check Processing (deposits, invoicing)
Payroll, 401k, NCF
Work with financial vendors to prepare/present 990’s, P&L’s reports, and expenses.
Work with administration vendors.
Facilitate and manage an annual calendar of events, projects, themes, and goals.
General assistance to the Executive Director
Event Planning
Plan and execute key events (Leaders Summit, Hubs, and Concert of Prayer)
Logistics– calendar, schedules, speakers
Vendors– negotiate and facilitate vendor partnerships
Budgeting and expense tracking
Assist staff in core network meetings.
Qualifications
This individual must be a self-starter, embody mature interpersonal skills, and be highly organized.
Ability to stay organized and assist staff, board, and leaders in organizational needs.
Ability to facilitate basic operations in HR, Finances, and scalable systems ● Knowledge of Google Workspace, Planning Center Online, Canva
