Responsibilities
The Administrative Associate role will support a Senior Principal and involve a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Manage daily schedule as well as long term schedule planning
- Book travel and accommodations
- Schedule meetings as directed
- Prepare notes at client meetings and presentations
- Edit and tracking documents
- Process and submitting expenses
- Work with Senior Principal to prepare for meetings and presentations as needed
- Assist with general office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar role
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional, discreet and confidential manner, including responsiveness to client requests and emails in a time-sensitive manner
- Capacity to respond to emails, calls and client work at times outside of normal business hours
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to multitask with flexibility to pivot between projects, clients and tasks daily
- Competency to perform research projects and document drafting as directed
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to deadlines and details
- Ability to work and make decisions independently
This individual will be required to work out of the Boston office a minimum of 4 days per week.
Position salary is based on experience.
