As a Administrative Assistant, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Engaging local and national retailers for our fundraising events
- Scheduling events and managing a schedule
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with local and national retailers
- Maintain a database optimized for a streamlined process
- Sales and attrition metrics and reporting by event site
- General office-based duties, as assigned and as necessary
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a people facing role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an event and/or scheduling function
- Rockstar excel and analytic skills (a must)
- Awesome verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Stunning capability to thrive in high-volume contact via phone and email
- Unbelievably adept at navigating a fast-paced, start-up like environment
- Awe-inspiring ability to think critically and create impactful solutions
- Judiciously effective at working autonomously as well as can contribute to a fun team environment.
