Vaco Richmond is hiring for a local client that is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their team and support their daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, organizing and scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Office Administration:
  • Supervise daily office operations, including supply, equipment, and facility management.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Manage printing, faxing, mailing/overnight packages, and handling emails/messages.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining the filing system and contact database.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
  • Sort and prioritize mail; maintain email and address directories.
