We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our ever evolving Administrative Support team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About The Team

Based in Mason, Ohio, this is a newly created role in our People Office team reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager. The team provides administrative support to our Senior Leadership team.

You’ll be part of the high performing, responsive and collaborative Global support team.

What You’ll Own

  • Supporting 6-10 Vice Presidents with meeting coordination and calendar management of both US and UK based teams
  • Supporting domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, raising purchase orders and helping raise support tickets, as well as some ad hoc tasks at management's request
  • Support planning and executing site events and organization of large meetings with room booking

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in our thriving global headquarters in Mason, Ohio.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Extensive calendar management for multiple leaders
  • Significant travel arrangement experience, including flights, hotels, restaurants, and car service
  • Extensive experience with expense reporting through a tool such as Concur
  • Experience arranging meetings, video conferencing and webinars
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with leaders and other team members
  • Experience preparing documents and presentation material using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
