The ideal candidate will have previous EA experience in the finance industry and be comfortable communicating across all levels both internal and external to the firm. Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate very busy calendars
Schedule and confirm meeting logistics with internal and external parties
Organize and submit expense reports
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Assist with project based work as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ year's administrative experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
