Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 4 years of experience
Degrees or Certifications Required: BA/BS degree is desirable but not required.
Disqualifiers: Candidates without relevant work experience as administrative assistants.
Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft internal tools, onboarding tasks, planning team events, managing budgets, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on the quality of work and feedback from the team.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
Minimum 3+ years prior experience with MS internal tools preferred.
Minimum 3 years proficiency with Microsoft software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years of experience with calendaring.
