Administrative Assistant - Leading Real Estate Firm - Onsite in West Los Angeles - $70-80K

The Administrative Coordinator will be supporting an Operations Director, as well as their existing team with a variety of projects, as well as with heavy administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have the ability to communicate professionally with clients and leadership. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of client information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the executive's daily schedule and heavy calendaring.

Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming client calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Handle calendaring, scheduling, and meeting operations on a daily basis
- Facilitate office operations and ensure the office is running smoothly from an office management perspective
- Partner with the Director of Operations and other executives on a variety of ad-hoc projects
- Update databases and workflows; maintain client accounts and troubleshoot systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-3+ years in a professional services environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
