Salary/Hourly Rate
$22 – $27/hr
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will be a crucial part of ensuring smooth and efficient work flow. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for carrying out various administrative and clerical duties. These duties include but are not limited to managing calendars, answering calls, greeting guests, and filing paperwork. The ideal Administrative Assistant will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent time management skills. This is a temporary position that is ongoing.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
Administrative Tasks such as calendar management, answering phones, filing paperwork
Greeting guests visiting the office
Prepare conference rooms for meetings
Maintain record of incoming packages and mail
Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant
Previous office assistance required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel is preferred
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required
