ADMIN & CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is in search of an Admin & Customer Support Specialist who will be working with our client, a leading US-based logistics company specializing in comprehensive domestic and international shipping solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company operations by handling administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and providing general support across various functions.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is organized, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and has excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

  • Manage customer inquiries and support via email and messaging platform
  • Initiating and overseeing the ticket creation process in our issue tracking system.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipping-related administrative tasks such as invoice reconciliation and claims processing.
  • Managing customer claims and reroute requests efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry and account setup
  • Providing general administrative support to streamline daily operations.
  • Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.

About You

Core qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues via email efficiently and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets) and ability to adapt to new tools and systems as needed
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Advantageous

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Admin, Customer Support, Logistics Coordination or similar role
  • Prior experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding and/or supply chain
  • Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of shipping processes, carrier services (FedEx, UPS), and logistics terminology.
  • Experience in using IssueTrak or similar systems
  • Proficient in accurate data entry

Technical Requirements (Device)

  • Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
  • Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)
  • Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)

Shift and Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time
