About Us
We are currently seeking a dynamic Culinary Instructor to join our team. As a member of our faculty, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary professionals of tomorrow while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging lectures and hands-on classes, both on-campus and remotely, in alignment with the professional standards of our institution.
Evaluate student performance objectively and provide timely feedback to foster their growth and development.
Develop and maintain curriculum materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting educational objectives.
Supervise students in culinary, baking, or pastry arts classes, ensuring the preparation of high-quality food.
Enforce sanitation, attendance, and other academic policies to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
Take ownership of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure their proper maintenance and functionality.
Requirements
A minimum of an Associate or Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in hands-on culinary techniques with a passion for sharing knowledge.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary setting is advantageous.
