Deliver personalized welcome messages for each course.
Conduct engaging online instruction for all assigned courses.
Post announcements for each module within the course.
Facilitate meaningful interaction between students and instructors.
Actively participate in discussion boards and related activities.
Infuse real-world career examples into course discussions and assignments.
Assess assignments according to established grading criteria.
Offer constructive feedback on assignments and activities.
Collaborate with academic support services for student success.
Ensure timely return of grades and responsiveness to student queries.
Adhere to set deadlines for grade submissions.
Employ technology to enhance student engagement and learning experience.
Stay updated on best practices in online education.

Qualifications
