Job Summary
You will play a vital role in delivering quality and innovative instruction while engaging meaningfully with our students. Your dedication will help them successfully achieve course, program, and degree-level outcomes, supporting their academic journey.
Responsibilities
Develop relevant, insightful, and engaging instructional materials, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Deliver instruction aligned with our curricula, instructional modalities, and faculty expectations.
Foster student engagement and communication, encouraging participation while maintaining professionalism.
Integrate professional/industry experience into courses, staying updated on industry trends.
Provide accessible support and timely feedback to students, academic leadership, and staff.
Maintain weekly office hours for student support and questions.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to aid in their growth.
Collaborate with various university teams to identify and support exceptional or challenged students.
Refer students to additional resources to enhance their learning experience.
Participate in university meetings and contribute to academic governance and assessment processes.
Complete required training and documentation to ensure compliance with university standards.
Collaborate closely with Program Chair and Lead Faculty as needed.
Adhere to university policies and procedures outlined in the Faculty Handbook.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, oral presentation, and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in standard office and mobile applications.
Required Experience
Master's in Public Administration required.
Online Teaching Experience At The College Level Preferred.
5 years of relevant experience required.
