Responsibilities

The School of Management at New York Institute of Technology’s NYC campus is looking for an adjunct professor to teach management courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Candidates need to be available to teach in-person, day and/or evening. Our NYC campus is conveniently located near Columbus Circle.

Preferred areas of competence include, but are not limited to, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, Managing Technology and Innovation.

Qualifications

• Candidates need to have an M.S., MBA, Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Management or related field. ABD candidates will also be considered.
• Candidates must be available to teach in-person courses during weekdays and evenings on our New York City campus, in addition to teaching on Zoom or online.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred, but not required.

New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer. Adjunct Faculty offered hourly rate is contingent on applicable rank.

Maximum Salary

USD $102.00/Hr.
