About The Role
As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their educational journey. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging courses in various settings, including classroom, lab, or clinical environments. Our courses are offered in multiple formats such as face-to-face, online, hybrid, and blended, providing flexibility to both instructors and students.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute course plans that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
Facilitate classroom, lab, or clinical instruction in Digital Photography.
Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning experiences, including Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom Classic, and digital asset management.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Ensure the accurate submission of all required instructional paperwork.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Photography.
Preferably, a Master's or MFA in Photography.
Proficiency in teaching all levels of photography to both majors and non-majors.
Familiarity with current industry practices and standards in photography.
Understanding and adherence to ethical standards in photography.
Experience in teaching through various delivery modes, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
Ability to teach during flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Additional Requirements
A teaching statement outlining your educational philosophy.
An online portfolio with 20 images of student work and 20 images of personal work.
Capability to teach remotely using appropriate technology and experience in virtual teaching.
Access to personal technology and a home computer for online instruction.

Positions are compensated with stipends for course assignments.
