The Harriet Rothkopf School Of Nursing At Long Island University Brooklyn Seeks Applications For Adjunct Faculty For The Spring, Summer, And Fall 2023 Semesters. Our Priority Needs Are For Faculty With Expertise In

  • Pediatric Nursing (clinical faculty needed)
  • Medical-Surgical Nursing (clinical faculty needed)
  • Maternity/OB Nursing (clinical faculty needed)
  • Community Nursing (clinical faculty needed)
  • Psychiatric Nursing (clinical faculty needed)
  • Pathophysiology
  • Nursing Informatics
  • Health Assessment Lab
  • Health Policy

All positions require current RN licensure and registration in New York State, a minimum of a Master’s degree in nursing and at least three to five years of experience in the specialty. Current board certification preferred. Doctoral preparation preferred for lecture faculty.

The Harriet Rothkopf School of Nursing boasts a large, diverse student body and a dynamic faculty. We welcome experienced, committed clinicians and educators to join us in educating the next generation of nursing professionals.

Clinical placements are held in health care facilities throughout the New York City area. Most placements are scheduled during weekday, daytime hours, but some are held on weekends or evenings. The Spring Semester begins on January17th (Some clinical sections begin at midsemester).

Salary: $1000-$1350 per credit
