The Harriet Rothkopf School Of Nursing At Long Island University Brooklyn Seeks Applications For Adjunct Faculty For The Spring, Summer, And Fall 2023 Semesters. Our Priority Needs Are For Faculty With Expertise In
The Harriet Rothkopf School of Nursing boasts a large, diverse student body and a dynamic faculty. We welcome experienced, committed clinicians and educators to join us in educating the next generation of nursing professionals.
Clinical placements are held in health care facilities throughout the New York City area. Most placements are scheduled during weekday, daytime hours, but some are held on weekends or evenings. The Spring Semester begins on January17th (Some clinical sections begin at midsemester).
Interested applicants should submit a current resume or CV and a cover letter. Please include names of three professional references. Also please indicate days and hours of availability. Submit your materials on-line.
Salary: $1000-$1350 per credit

All positions require current RN licensure and registration in New York State, current national board certification, and 3-5 years current clinical experience. Clinical practicum teaching positions require a minimum of a master’s degree in nursing and a doctoral degree is required for lecture faculty. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
