What you will be doing as the Actuarial Coordinator:

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and controls of the life and annuity actuarial projection models at the Company, as well as to build and maintain tools to validate, analyze, and report results of model projections for various modeling projects.
• Performing actuarial projections of the life insurance and annuity business of Company in the Moody's AXIS actuarial projection system for use in all projection and risk analysis projects, including: Regulatory Cash Flow Testing, ORSA Section 3 Analysis, Appraisal Value Projections, Asset Liability Projections and Analysis, Ad-Hoc ERM projections
• Developing product line risk metrics and reports, key performance indicators, and key risk driver analysis using projection data
• Quantifying, monitoring, and providing ERM expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis, reports, and policy development by taking a holistic view of existing and emerging risks in the organization
• Integrating technology to leverage ERM processes
• Working with internal audit to ensure ERM integrity

What you will need as the Actuarial Coordinator:

• A bachelor's degree
• ASA level and working toward the FSA level
• Four plus years of experience
• Reporting knowledge
• Understand life insurance and annuity product design
• Modeling experience in AXIS or MG-ALFA is preferred
• Technical skill sets in Microsoft Office, VBA, and SQL are also preferred.
