Your Responsibilities

Assists in the data analytics responsibilities for a designated book of business. Including data collection, cleaning, reporting and advanced analytics.

Assists in the data analytics responsibilities for a designated book of business. Including data collection, cleaning, reporting and advanced analytics.
- Database management / development for client reporting
- Supports benchmark database and associated reporting
- Researches issues’ root cause, implements, and resolves related issues
- Recommends and implements potential enhancements or improvements to processes, products, and/or policies with oversight from senior team members
- Assists in the preparation of financial models and reports for Client and senior staff, provides interpretation and implication of analysis, as well as recommendations
- Establishes and maintains relationships and interfaces with Clients, carriers, and other vendors
- Supports team in tracking project progress and timelines, maintaining client files, populating and maintaining open item trackers.
- Provides management for client information, interfaces with others where appropriate.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field and/or years of experience equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
- Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, and photocopier.
- Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
- Legally able to work in the United States
