Acquisitions Analyst

Here at RealREPP, we are working on an exciting Acquisitions Analyst opportunity here in Irvine, CA. This is with a private equity firm that is focused on investing in commercial real estate assets across the nation.

The organization is growing and expanding, and this is an exciting opportunity to work with a top executive team in a friendly & team-oriented environment.

This Organization Offers

• Excellent base salary $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE) + bonus

Qualifications

• 4-year College degree Required.
• 1-4+ years of experience with an investment sales team, REIT, real estate fund or investment bank is preferred
• Strong analytical valuation techniques and vetting for potential acquisition targets
• Expert documented knowledge of real estate cash flow modeling using Excel and Argus
