Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to our success, involving the management and closing of inbound and outbound real estate leads. The ideal candidate will have experience working with motivated sellers, including those facing foreclosure, probate situations, absentee landlords, and properties that have failed to sell on MLS for extended periods. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery calls with potential sellers to understand their situation and needs
Perform anchor calls to align seller expectations with market realities
Present novation and other creative real estate solutions to sellers
Guide sellers through the agreement process to closing
Maintain consistent and personalized communication throughout the sales cycle
Address objections and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate with team members, agents, and other professionals as needed
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related consultative sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
Strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Familiarity with creative real estate strategies (wholesaling, novations, seller financing)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Podio, is a plus
Comfortable with a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms
Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
Compensation:
Base salary of $20 per hour plus a $2,000 commission for each completed sale.
Final candidates will undergo a two-week trial period, during which compensation will be commission-based only. Successful candidates who close deals during this trial period will be considered for a full-time position.
