Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to our success, involving the management and closing of inbound and outbound real estate leads. The ideal candidate will have experience working with motivated sellers, including those facing foreclosure, probate situations, absentee landlords, and properties that have failed to sell on MLS for extended periods. Key Responsibilities:
Engage and nurture incoming leads via phone and SMS.
Build relationships with potential sellers, offering market insights and support.
Maintain consistent and personalized communication.
Address objections and provide tailored solutions.
Guide sellers through the agreement process to closing.
Maintain post-closing relationships for future opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate closing or a related sales role.
Outbound calls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Podio, is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Experience in the real estate industry.
Compensation:
Base salary of $20 per hour plus a $2,000 commission for each completed sale.
Final candidates will undergo a two-week trial period, during which compensation will be commission-based only. Successful candidates who close deals during this trial period will be considered for a full-time position.
