Role Description
We are excited to welcome a proactive and dynamic Real Estate Lead Acquisition Specialist to our expanding team. This pivotal role involves managing and closing both inbound and outbound real estate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with motivated sellers, including those dealing with foreclosure, absentee ownership, and other distressed property situations. Qualifications
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales
Experience with outbound calls
Experience using CRM like podio.
Strong background in customer service and sales
In-depth knowledge of real estate principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Compensation
The compensation package includes a base salary of $20 per hour plus a $2,000 commission for each completed sale. Final candidates will undergo a two-week trial period, during which compensation will be commission-based only. Successful candidates who close deals during this trial period will be considered for a full-time position.
