Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for real estate investment opportunities.
Prepare financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and investment returns.
Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions, development projects, and property management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment strategies and assess risk.
Monitor market trends, property performance, and industry benchmarks.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Accounting or Finance preferred).
1-3 years of experience in real estate underwriting, due diligence, or finance.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Real estate industry experience is required, with a focus on multi-family or development.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
