Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Preparing daily cash deposits and document cash receipts in the ERP system

· Updating account aging reports by totaling unpaid invoices for each vendor

· Identifying and resolving account discrepancies

· Creating and maintaining detailed document files

· Professionally communicating with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

· Strong customer service skills

· 2+ years of accounts receivable experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Basic understanding of GAAP
