Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process.

What will you do day-to-day?

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable performance

Who are you?

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
