The role of our Accounts Receivables Representatives is to manage cash applications and collections for assigned client accounts.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to: (Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential functions.)

  • Cash applications in GP Dynamics
  • Researching payment variances
  • Collecting past due receivables
  • Maintaining Clients Accounts
  • Creating Aging reports
  • Business to Business communication
  • Communicating with intercompany departments to resolve payment issues
  • Depositing payments
  • Processing ACH payments

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s and simple equations to find payment discrepancies)
  • Ability to work individually and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Collections Experience B2B preferred
  • Cash application experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Accounting experience preferred but not required

Starting salary range:

  • $21.00 per hour
