This position is in the Cash Management Solutions (CMS) organization within Lockheed Martin Global Financial Services (GFS). This position is responsible for managing government accounts receivable collections for the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. This position works closely with business operations, cash applications, cash planners, contracts, billing, leadership, and program finance to ensure cash targets are met. Additional responsibilities are to participate metrics reviews in order to develop and implement action plans, work contract reconciliation efforts, support audits, abide by internal policies and procedures and Federal Acquisition Regulations, and prepare, analyze, and interpret data in order to provide recommendations to internal and external customers in order to facilitate business related decisions. This position will play a critical role in influencing facets of the organization in order to drive consistent and favorable collection results, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a fast paced, challenging position where the candidate must be a proven high performer and quick learner. The candidate must be able to support and meet tight deadlines while staying focused on internal (CMS and business area) and external customer (government) requirements. An ability to work effectively both independently and within a supportive, diverse team environment is expected.
