A company located in the West Chester, PA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst/Staff Accountant

on a possible contract to hire basis. Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field along with recent corporate accounts receivable experience.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Analyst/Staff Accountant

• Handling all accounts receivable related activities
• Implementing AR policies for credit limit setup
• Handling credit reviews
• Cash applications
• Processing incoming payments
• Reconciling receipts
• AR aging
• Posting receipts
• Researching of customer accounts
• Generating reports
• Completing credit checks
• Other standard AR/accounting support duties

Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Analyst/Staff Accountant

• 2-3 plus years of recent Corporate Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Computerized accounting software
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Analytical and detailed oriented background
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: $35hr-$37hr

Salary range $35-37/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
