Responsibilities

  • Monitor bank activity for payments to record/apply to customer accounts.
  • Provide invoice copies and payment receipts upon request.
  • Ability to cross-reference multiple systems to perform day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to reconcile open account balances and provide detailed analyses.
  • Action and manage high volume of member and internal email inquiries.
  • Reach out to clients/customers with account open balances to collect payment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or management related discipline.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in an efficient manner.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Self-directed, detailed, and highly organized.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively with remote employees/employees and clients based throughout the US.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle products (NetSuite), Salesforce.com & JPMorgan software.
  • 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.
  • Moderate degree of self-sufficiency and workload independence.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt with process changes/implementatio ns.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position $62,000– $65,000 base salary is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
