Accounts Payable Supervisor

Robert Half is actively recruiting for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor. The successful candidate will have strong management experience with a deep understanding of the review and close of Accounts Payable, the modification of invoices, handling of Purchase Orders (POs), rebates, and related processes. This is an in-office role that offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of the Accounts Payable department.
• Supervise invoice processing, from receipt through payment and filing.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of POs and rebates.
• Review and close Accounts Payable on a regular basis.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Develop and implement Accounts Payable policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Accounting is preferred.
• Proven management experience in Accounts Payable.
• Extensive knowledge in the modification of invoices, POs, and rebates.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills.
