Duration: 3+ Months (contract to hire)

Note: Onsite Mon-Thurs and remote on Fridays 9-4 pm EST are the core hours

Description

  • Construction Finance - support construction teams with funding; production forecasting to make sure dollars are being funded to the right place.
  • Looking for someone who can work a large volume of transactions work. Instructions will be provided.
  • Excel and Pivot Table experience a must able to determine forecast vs actuals; variance analysis, reviewing jobs for approval and reserving funds in P2.
  • Making sure POs are funded accordingly to what the needs are in the market working in system to reserve funds and route POs compare forecast to results.
  • Tableau and/or Salesforce experience is nice to have.
