MUST HAVE HEAVEY INVOICING EXPERIENCE

Job Description:

• Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy in processing invoices.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Process check requests and prepare checks for distribution.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and vendor files.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives in accounts payable.
