Who You Are

What You'll Do
Provide the tools needed for employees to successfully create and complete an expense report
Assist with answering questions employees may have regarding expense reporting
Review expense reports timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies-Coordinate with various department managers to obtain proper expense approvals
Track expense reporting receivables, when applicable
Maintain all aspects of company-cardholder cards
Assist in compiling the expense accrual as part of the month-end closing process
Assist with posting supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Research and resolve invoice issues
Coordinate with various department managers to obtain proper invoice approvals
Assist with maintaining up-to-date supplier records (i.e. W-9's, banking details, remit-to addresses)
Special projects, as required
What You'll Need
Associates Degree in Accounting/Business, or equivalent work experience
Strong Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel
Experience with accounting software preferred (Workday)
Be able to meet deadlines without issue
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with high-level employees
Proven work ethic (experience in related field a plus)
Willingness to work both independently and in a group setting
Strong attention to detail and organization skills a must
