Accounts Payable Specialist

Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a local non-profit client in the search for their next AP Specialist. This position will operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days in their office per week. While they will consider any software experience, individuals with a history of using NetSuite will be given preference. Job Description

• Uploading and processing high volume AP invoices for approvals based on purchase orders.
• Matching and coding of invoices.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
• Assist with review and approvals of employee expense reports.
• Assist with weekly check runs, to include mailing checks.
• Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
• Maintain timely correspondence with Vendors and Employees in regard to invoices and expense reports.
